Abstract: The present invention relates to a prebiotic and synbiotic vegan tea premix composition and its preparation method, designed to provide a plant-based, lactose-free, gluten-free, and trans-fat-free alternative to traditional tea products. The composition includes coconut milk, tea extract, maltodextrin, prebiotics and probiotics. The premix leverages optimized homogenization and spray drying techniques to enhance flavor, aroma, solubility, and nutritional value. Specifically, the premix incorporates 57% coconut milk, 28.5% tea extract, 9.3% maltodextrin, 5% prebiotics, 0.17% spice oil and oleoresin, 0.035% emulsifier, anticaking agent silicon di oxide less than 1% and =108 CFU/g probiotics (Lactobacillus casei). This innovative premix addresses the market gap for convenient, plant-based, functional beverages, offering enhanced gut health benefits and meeting diverse dietary preferences. The preparation method ensures high product quality and stability while maintaining an appealing flavor profile.
