Abstract: This invention presents a micro-expression-based silent stroke detection system configured to passively monitor facial asymmetry and neurological abnormalities using smartphone camera inputs. The system captures facial video streams during regular smartphone activities including video calls and selfies. Artificial intelligence models analyze micro-expressions, facial symmetry, Irregularities, and muscle activation patterns for detecting early indicators of transient ischemic attack and silent stroke conditions. A neurological risk prediction engine calculates stroke probability scores using temporal facial analysis and predictive machine learning algorithms. When abnormal neurological patterns are identified, the system generates emergency alerts and connects users with caregivers, healthcare providers, or emergency services.
