Abstract: ABSTRACT “PRE-MANUFACTURING PLANNING AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HETEROGENEOUS FOOD-MANUFACTURING FACILITIES” The present invention relates to a pre-manufacturing planning and control system (100) for autonomous planning of user-defined food-production processes across heterogeneous food-manufacturing facilities. The system receives a multi-modal user-defined recipe and generates a machine-independent manufacturing representation (202) serving as a common engineering representation for manufacturing planning. The representation is successively processed to determine a recipe complexity index and a manufacturability score, evaluate facility capabilities, generate an optimized manufacturing plan, validate the manufacturing plan through simulation, generate facility-specific machine-control instructions, execute the validated manufacturing plan under closed-loop adaptive control, and update manufacturing parameters using production data. A pre-manufacturing intelligence processor (250) coordinates the successive processing of the common engineering representation to generate a manufacturing decision object (800) comprising a validated executable manufacturing plan, thereby autonomously determining whether, where, and how the user- defined recipe is manufacturable across heterogeneous food-manufacturing facilities prior to physical production commitment.
