The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: Pre-Load Adjuster Assembly for a Front Fork Suspension System The present invention is related to a pre-load adjuster assembly (500) for a front fork suspension system (100). The pre-load adjuster assembly (500) comprises of an adjuster knob (10, 20), an adjuster disk (30, 40), and a fork bolt (50). The adjuster knob includes a head portion and a stem portion with grooves configured to house an O-ring (R) for fluid sealing and a circlip (CP) for secure retention. The adjuster disk (30, 40) is threadedly engaged with the fork pipe (FP) and positioned to abut with the main spring (MS). The adjuster knob (30, 40) is configured to transmit the torque to the adjuster disk (30, 40) upon rotation, leading to a linear displacement that compresses or releases the main spring to vary preload. The pre-load adjuster assembly (500) ensures leak prevention, slip-free torque transfer, and precise preload control, thereby enhancing suspension performance, durability and rider comfort.
