Abstract: The present invention relates to pre-lithiation process equipment and, more specifically, to pre-lithiation process equipment capable of performing a physical pre- lithiation process by effectively controlling a reaction between an electrode and lithium. According to one embodiment of the present invention, pre-lithiation process equipment may be provided, the pre-lithiation process equipment comprising: a pre-chamber shielded from the outside and having an unwinder for unwinding an electrode roll; a main chamber which is shielded from the outside and in which pre-lithiation is performed through the lamination of a lithium sheet, having a lithium layer and a base layer, and an electrode supplied from the pre-chamber, the main chamber being provided with a rewinder for winding a pre-lithiated electrode roll; and a shielding device that is provided between the pre-chamber and the main chamber partitioned from each other and selectively connects the pre-chamber and the main chamber.
