Abstract: Title: Pre-Ictal Seizure Detection and Automated Sub-Therapeutic Pharmacological Intervention System and Method thereof The instant invention discloses a bio- responsive closed-loop system for pre-ictal pharmacological intervention. The system comprises a wearable sensing module configured to continuously acquire electrocardiogram-derived heart rate variability (203) and electrodermal activity (204) and a processing unit (205) configured to apply frequency-domain analysis (207) to derive low-frequency and high-frequency components (208). A Seizure-Threshold-Score (210) is generated by comparing real-time physiological parameters with a patient-specific medicated baseline (211). A multi-gated validation mechanism (213) confirms a pre-ictal condition based on low-frequency to high-frequency ratio disturbance, electrodermal activity variation and collapse of the high-frequency component. Upon validation, an encrypted trigger (214) is transmitted via a wireless communication interface (215) to a drug delivery module, which administers a controlled sub-therapeutic preventive dose through oral (219) or nasal delivery (220). The system enables predictive seizure prevention, reduces false dosing and improves patient safety through automated closed-loop operation.
