Abstract: The present application provides a power control method, comprising: a terminal device acquires indication information of at least one power control value of an SRS and indication information of at least one time unit set, the at least one time unit set having one-to-one correspondence with the at least one power control value; on the basis of a first power control value corresponding to a first time unit set among the at least one time unit set, the terminal device determines the sending power of the SRS on the first time unit set; and the terminal device sends the SRS to a network device on a time unit in the first time unit set on the basis of the sending power. In a multi-station collaboration scenario, a terminal device acquires at least one power control value and at least one time unit set, and determines, on a first time unit set among the at least one time unit set, the sending power of an SRS by using the power control value corresponding to the first time unit set, so that the resource overhead of the terminal device frequently acquiring power control values can be reduced, and the transmission performance in the multi-station collaboration scenario is improved.
