MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202644035035 A) filed by Nokia Technologies Oy on March 23, 2026, for Power Amplifier Non-Linearity Compensation.

Inventors include Samad Ali; and Oana-Elena.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT POWER AMPLIFIER NON-LINEARITY COMPENSATION Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to power amplifier non- linearity compensation. In a method, panel information is received from a second apparatus. The panel information includes an identification of an antenna sub-panel for signal transmission from the second apparatus to the first apparatus. A digital post-distortion, DPoD, mode for the antenna sub-panel is determined based on the received identification and a mapping between identifications of antenna sub-panels and identifications of DPoD modes. In the mapping, a DPoD mode is determined to be applied for the mapped antenna sub-panel through a historical calibration procedure towards the mapped antenna sub-panel. Then, a power amplifier compensation on a signal received from the second apparatus is performed based on the determined DPoD mode. [FIG. 5]
