MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611073730 A) filed by Sharda University on June 13, 2026, for Post-Quantum Vehicular Communication System.
Inventor includes Dr. Anjum Mohd Aslam.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: Disclosed is a post-quantum secure communication system for privacy-preserving vehicular data authentication and decentralized transaction validation among connected vehicles. The system comprises vehicle communication nodes, a distributed ledger node having a directed acyclic graph ledger structure, and a processing server arranged between the vehicle communication nodes and the distributed ledger node. Each vehicle communication node collects vehicular information, generates a zero-knowledge proof and proof hash, signs the proof, proof hash, or metadata using a CRYSTALS-Dilithium digital signature scheme, and transmits a vehicular message. The processing server verifies the zero-knowledge proof and digital signature, rejects failed messages, converts verified information into a ledger transaction, causes context-based parent transaction selection, causes reputation-based conflict resolution, receives ledger confirmation information, and disseminates validated vehicular information to other vehicle communication nodes.
