Abstract: Provided in the present application are positioning data transmission methods and an apparatus. A method comprises: a positioning management apparatus sends a first request to a first communication apparatus; according to the first request, the first communication apparatus measures a positioning reference signal from a second communication apparatus to obtain at least one first time measurement result and at least one carrier phase measurement result; then the first communication apparatus sends first information to the positioning management apparatus; and according to the first information, the positioning management apparatus positions the second communication apparatus or the first communication apparatus, the first information comprising a second time measurement result and the at least one carrier phase measurement result. Thus, the second time measurement result obtained after the at least one first time measurement result is processed and the at least one carrier phase measurement result are together comprised in the first information and reported to the positioning management apparatus, so as to reduce the reporting amount of the first time measurement result, thereby effectively reducing the resource overhead of measurement results during transmission processes.
