The system comprises a user input layer configured to acquire gaze, gesture, pose, spatial location, voice, and textual inputs; a mixed reality runtime engine configured to render heritage assets and spatially anchor digital content; a context fusion engine configured to combine user interaction data, spatial context, heritage object information, and user profile attributes; and a GenAI chatbot core comprising a retrieval-augmented generation pipeline, a vector knowledge base, a large language model, and a multilingual natural language processing engine. The system identifies a heritage asset of interest, retrieves associated heritage information, generates a personalized multilingual response, and renders the response as spatially aligned overlays, annotations, audio narrations, subtitles, and navigational cues within a mixed reality environment.
