Abstract: Portable Wound Healing Device with Microfluidic Drug Delivery, Bioactive Hydrogel, and AI-Driven Adaptive Therapy This invention describes a Portable Adaptive Wound Healing Device designed for personalized, dynamic wound care. The device integrates a microfluidic drug delivery module, bioactive hydrogel dressing, real- time biomarker monitoring, and an AI-driven feedback mechanism to provide stage-specific therapeutic interventions. The microfluidic module delivers therapeutic agents, such as growth factors and cytokine inhibitors, based on real-time data from biomarker sensors that monitor wound parameters like pH, oxygenation, and cytokine levels. The AI-driven mechanism analyzes this data and dynamically adjusts the drug delivery, ensuring optimal treatment tailored to the wound's healing stage. The bioactive hydrogel dressing enhances cellular migration, promotes tissue regeneration, and maintains hydration. The wearable, rechargeable design ensures portability and continuous operation, making the device suitable for both clinical and home care environments. This invention improves wound healing outcomes by offering personalized, adaptive care with real-time therapeutic adjustments and remote monitoring capabilities.
