Abstract: A portable turning assistive device for pipe, comprises of an elongated body 101 having proximal and distal end, a handle 102 attached with the proximal end that is gripped by a user to position the distal end in proximity to a metallic pipe of which diameter is to be regulated, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 103 installed over the body 101, a touch interactive display panel 105 installed over the body 101, a ring 106 attached with the distal end and configured with a tapered reamer 107 that is required to be inserted within the mouth portion by the user, and a motorized circular sliding unit 108 integrated between the ring 106 and reamer 107 to provide rotation to the tapered reamer 107 on axis to apply force over inner periphery of the mouth portion for initiating expansion of the mouth portion.
