Abstract: The present invention a portable self-heating water boiler bottle is disclosed for on-demand heating of water without external kettles. The bottle comprises an insulated liquid vessel, a base-mounted resistive heating assembly coupled to a heat-spreader plate, a temperature sensor, and a controller that regulates heater power to reach a selected target temperature or boil mode. A rechargeable power module housed in a sealed base includes a battery pack, battery management, and a heater driver. A multi-layer safety subsystem prevents hazardous operation by implementing dry-boil protection using water-level sensing and/or abnormal temperature rise-rate detection, over-temperature cut-off, and a thermal fuse. The lid includes leak-resistant sealing and a pressure relief vent to prevent overpressure, and optionally includes a lid-lock during high-temperature heating. A user interface provides temperature display, mode selection, battery indication, and fault alerts. The system enables portable, safe, and energy-efficient water heating for travel, office, and emergency applications.
