The device comprises a base platform (101), a vertical reference column (102), and a horizontal measuring assembly configured to measure mediolateral pelvic deviation using anatomical landmarks such as the anterior superior iliac spine. The system provides accurate and reproducible measurements through a mechanical or digital displacement mechanism. The device is non- invasive, radiation-free, cost-effective, and suitable for clinical, field, and research applications.
