Abstract: The present invention discloses a portable thermal management apparatus for electronic computing equipment. The apparatus comprises a water intake assembly adapted to draw water from a natural flowing water body, a multi stage filtration module adapted to remove particulates and dissolved impurities, a dual loop plate heat exchanger adapted to transfer thermal energy between isolated fluid paths, a sealed coolant loop thermally coupled to a cold plate interface, a post cooling treatment module adapted to ensure discharge water quality, a discharge assembly adapted to disperse return flow, and a microcontroller based control unit adapted to regulate pump operation in response to real time thermal load. The natural water and sealed coolant are maintained in physically separated circuits. The apparatus achieves thermal dissipation capacity of 200 to 400 watts while ensuring discharge water quality equal to or better than intake quality.
