Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a portable IoMT-integrated oxygen enrichment device using ambient air for generating medical-grade oxygen without dependency on conventional oxygen cylinders. The device comprises an air intake and compression unit, a molecular sieve-based Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen separation unit, an oxygen buffer storage chamber, an oxygen delivery module, a sensor module, a microcontroller unit, an IoMT communication module, and a rechargeable power supply unit. The system extracts oxygen from ambient air, delivers controlled oxygen flow to a patient, and continuously monitors oxygen concentration, flow rate, pressure, and battery status. The microcontroller automatically regulates oxygen output based on sensor feedback, while the IoMT module enables real-time wireless transmission of operational data to mobile applications or cloud platforms for remote monitoring. The invention provides a portable, lightweight, intelligent, and cost-effective oxygen therapy solution for home care, emergency use, and rural healthcare.
