Abstract: A portable health data management device, comprising a first plate 101 and a second plate 102 interconnected via a motorized hinge joint 201 forming an L shaped structure, a Near Field Communication module integrated within the first plate 101 to enable contactless access to patient data through secure communication with a medical practitioner computing unit, a fingerprint authentication scanner 103 configured to verify biometric identity and actuate a cascading lid 104 to expose the key user details and QR code upon successful authentication, a scanner unit comprising a camera 107 synchronized with an Optical Character Recognition module and an LED illumination unit to digitize medical documents, a display unit 202 synchronized with a touch enabled keypad 205 for PIN based secure access, structured medication scheduling and alerts, and a bar graph module linked with a control unit to generate color coded recovery progress visualization.
