Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: Portable Food-Forming Device and Method for Controlled Cavity Filling and Levelling of Food Dough The present disclosure proposes a portable food-forming device (100) for controlled formation of cavity-defined thin food products from viscous or viscoelastic food paste or dough. The device (100) comprises a container (102), a screw conveyor (104), a driving unit (106), a die (108), a wiper (110), a separately positionable shaping tray (112), and a control system (114). The driving unit (106) rotates the screw conveyor (104) to advance the food paste or dough toward the die (108). The shaping tray (112) comprises at least one cavity having predefined geometry and depth corresponding to geometry and thickness of an individual thin food product independently of the die (108). The control system (114) operates the driving unit (106) at a predetermined operating speed for a predetermined delivery duration and terminates operation upon expiry of the predetermined delivery duration. The wiper (110) thereafter distributes and levels the deposited food paste or dough within the cavity.
