The processor (108) executes instructions for capturing ECL signals, applying a binary mask, calculating and refining mean values, performing adaptive filtering, applying Otsu's thresholding, calculating relative light intensity, computing final mean intensity, generating a calibration curve, fitting a linear regression model, and displaying results via a graphical user interface (116). The device (100) includes functionality for Fast Fourier Transform analysis, low-pass filtering, baseline correction, limit of detection calculation, linear dynamic range determination, recovery testing, ensemble method implementation, and model selection through cross-validation. The device (100) enables automated, portable ECL signal processing and analysis for bioanalyte detection.
