Abstract: The portable dialysis device is created as a simple, compact, and patient-friendly solution to the challenges faced with traditional dialysis machines. In most cases, dialysis systems are large, expensive, and require patients with kidney problems to visit hospitals multiple times a week. This routine can be exhausting, time- consuming, and can greatly affect a person's quality of life. This project introduces a portable and affordable dialysis system that gives patients more freedom and flexibility in managing their treatment. The device includes key components such as a microcontroller, which acts as the brain of the system, along with small fluid pumps, a dialysis filter, and safety sensors. All these parts work together to carry out the dialysis process in a controlled and safe manner The system constantly monitors important conditions like fluid flow, pressure levels, and any possible leakage to ensure everything is functioning properly. If any issue is detected, the device quickly alerts the user and can shut down automatically to avoid any risk. Because of its lightweight design and simple operation, the device can be easily carried and used in different settings, including at home, during emergencies, or in remote areas where access to hospitals may be limited. Although the current version has been tested using substitute fluids instead of real blood, it clearly demonstrates how the dialysis process can be performed
