Abstract: PORTABLE DEVICE FOR REPAIRING AND SEALING PIPELINE LEAKS The invention discloses a device (100) for sealing leaks in pipelines of 5 various diameters. The device comprises a main plate (104) provided with a load nut (204) and load pins (206-1, 206-2), a load screw (102) with a threaded shaft (404) and handle (402), a back plate (106) constrained against rotation by dowel pins (302), a front plate (108) detachably coupled to the back plate and carrying a nitrile rubber pad (604), and a plurality of 10 tensioning elements (110) configured to wrap around the pipeline. The front plate (108) is positioned over the leak and held in place by grooves (608) engaging the tensioning elements (110). Rotation of the load screw (102) moves the back plate (106) axially away from the main plate (104), thereby compressing the nitrile rubber pad (604) against the pipeline surface to 15 effect sealing. The device (100) is portable, adjustable, rapidly deployable and suitable for use across a range of pipe diameters
