Abstract: Title: PORTABLE AUTOMATIC CARPET CLEANING MACHINE WITH DUST REMOVAL AND VACUUM COLLECTION SYSTEM 5 10 15 The titled invention discloses a portable automatic carpet cleaning machine configured for cleaning heavy carpets through integrated dust removal, brush cleaning, and vacuum debris collection. The machine comprises a main frame (1), carpet holding clips (2), front and rear carpet support rollers (3,4), a pulling pulley mechanism (5), a carpet feeding motor (6), a dust removing hammer (7), a rotating hard brush cleaning roller (8), a vacuum suction pump (9), a removable dust collection tray (10), a carpet output roller (11), a base support (12), and a hammer drive motor (13). The carpet is automatically gripped, pulled in a stretched condition, and subjected to hammer-based impact cleaning for removal of deeply trapped dust and debris. Secondary brush cleaning removes remaining contaminants, while the vacuum suction arrangement collects floating dust into the removable collection tray.
