Abstract: TITLE OF THE INVENTION: PORTABLE ANALYSIS DEVICE AND METHODS THEREOF The present disclosure discloses a portable analysis device (100) for real-time detection of a target analyte in a sample. The portable analysis device includes a primary flow tube (200), and a microfluidic chip (400). The primary flow tube (200) includes a first portion (D1) towards an inlet (200a), and a constricted portion (D2) towards an outlet (200b). The constricted portion (D2) defines a venturi constriction. The microfluidic chip (400) is in fluid communication with the primary flow tube (200). A detection chamber (430) of the microfluidic chip (400) includes a sensor (460) configured to detect a target analyte. The constricted portion (D2) generates a pressure differential to induce flow of a sample through the microfluidic chip (400). Fig. 1b
