Abstract: Abstract Portable AI-Driven Collision Prevention System Under Suspended Load The present invention provides a portable AI-driven collision prevention system for monitoring a suspended load during movement and placement. The system comprises an imaging unit (101) and an embedded processing unit (102) configured to detect a suspended load, a receiving structure and an obstacle structure from successive image frames. Positional information of the receiving and obstacle structures is established as structural reference information. The suspended load is dynamically monitored relative to the structural reference information to determine spatial clearance and a collision-risk condition. The system determines alignment of the suspended load relative to the receiving structure and generates a placement-status output. A warning is generated when an applicable safety criterion is violated. Successive load positions may further be employed for movement-aware collision assessment. The integrated architecture thereby provides reference-based collision monitoring and placement verification for industrial suspended-load handling and assembly operations.
