Abstract: Polyherbal Oral Solution Using Moringa, Bauhinia, and Ginseng for Peptic Ulcer Treatment This invention describes a polyherbal oral solution designed for the treatment of peptic ulcers, formulated with extracts from Moringa oleifera, Bauhinia purpurea, and Panax ginseng. These extracts are known for their gastroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. The solution, prepared through hydroalcoholic extraction, is combined in a specific ratio to optimize therapeutic efficacy and safety. Extensive evaluations, including physicochemical, toxicity, and antiulcer tests, confirmed the solution’s effectiveness. It significantly reduces ulcer indices, improves gastric pH, and decreases inflammation in ethanol-induced ulcer models in rats. Histopathological analysis corroborates these findings, showing enhanced mucosal integrity and decreased leukocyte infiltration. This novel formulation offers a promising alternative to conventional ulcer medications, aligning with increasing preferences for natural therapeutic options.
