Abstract: Present invention discloses a synergistic polyherbal formulation for the treatment of ear infections, comprising a combination of herbal extract and at least one anti-fungal drug. The herbal extract comprises mixture of Punica granatum (Pomegranate), Emblica officinalis (Gooseberry/Amla), Curcuma longa (Turmeric/Haldi); and Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamon/Dalchini); and the anti-fungal drug is selected from the group consisting of Ketoconazole and Clotrimazole. The formulation is effective against multidrug-resistant ear infections (otomycosis) caused by Candida auris.
