Abstract: A Pneumatic Robotic Arm for Industrial Material Handling is disclosed comprising a rigid support base, articulated arm links, pneumatic cylinders, directional control valves, a pneumatic power unit, electronic controller, position sensors and an interchangeable end effector. The controller coordinates pneumatic actuator movement according to programmed material-handling sequences including pickup, lifting, transfer, placement and release. Position feedback enables repeatable joint movement, while pressure monitoring can detect abnormal operating conditions. A pneumatic gripper may securely hold industrial workpieces of different shapes and sizes. The system may include flow control, pressure regulation, emergency-stop and pneumatic isolation functions. The modular architecture is suitable for industrial pick-and- place, machine loading, assembly, sorting, packaging and repetitive material-transfer operation.
