Abstract: ABSTRACT The present disclosure relates to a pneumatic acupressure shoe system (102) for providing selective acupressure therapy and health prediction. The system (102) includes a sensor array (104) embedded within multi-layer sole (106) of a footwear body (132) that captures physiological and gait data during wear. A controller (112) executes trained artificial neural network model on the captured data to compute a health condition indicator corresponding to detected or predicted health conditions. Based on the health condition indicator and a disease to reflex zone mapping table, the controller (112) identifies subset of acupressure actuator elements (108) and generates an actuation command set specifying pneumatic pressure values and stimulation duration. A pneumatic actuation assembly (110) selectively applies controlled mechanical pressure to predetermined reflex zones on the plantar surface. A wireless communication interface (114) transmits the health condition indicator and therapy actuation log to mobile application (116) on an external computing device (118). FIG. 1
