Abstract: A plate handling device, comprising a mobile platform 101 having a chamber 102 stored with a plurality of plates in a stacked manner, a dispensing means associated with the chamber 102, configured to release a plate from the chamber 102, an inspection unit comprising an AI camera 104 mounted on the platform 101 to analyze a condition of the plate before release, a sanitization unit mounted on the platform 101 for sanitizing plates, a vibration sensor to pause operation of platform 101 if excessive vibration is detected, an anti-jam arrangement, where the microcontroller is configured to detect a plate jam during dispensing and to automatically reverse the dispensing arrangement.
