Abstract: A plastic tile production device, comprising a housing 101, a motorized conveyor belt 102 for receiving and transporting plastic waste, a cleaning chamber 106 with an auger unit 107 and motorized cleaning bristles for removing dust and impurities from plastic waste, a grinding chamber 108 with motorized grinding blades 109 for crushing plastic into smaller fragments with monitoring of particle size and flow consistency, a heating chamber 110 with heater coils 112 and an iris lid 111 to receive ground plastic fragments and apply controlled heat for melting the plastic, a color mixing chamber 113 to receive molten plastic and blend color pigments creating colored plastic slurry, a tile molding tray 117 to receive molten colored plastic forming tile shapes, a dual axis slider 121 to adjust and maintain proper tile thickness and uniformity, and a robotic arm 124 to lift and transfer the tiles to a collection receptacle 127.
