Abstract: A plastic bag fitting device for dustbin comprising a platform 101 positioned on a ground surface near dustbin, equipped with multiple chambers 102 for storing plastic bags of different sizes, a user-interface in a computing unit wirelessly linked to the device to enable a user to input commands, the microcontroller processes input commands and activates an imaging unit 103 mounted on platform 101 to detect its height, an L-shaped telescopic rod 104 to align a circular plate 105 with dustbin's height, a motorized slider 106 moves rod 104 to position plate 105, a laser acuity sensor detects dustbin's diameter to select the correct plastic bag size, a robotic arm 107 grips bag securely gripped by motorized clamps 108 arranged with periphery of plate 105, and an expandable pulley arrangement adjusts plate’s 105 dimensions, a telescopic link and air blower open plastic bag to fit the bag in dustbin.
