Abstract: The encapsulation matrix is a Solid, dual-layer film with defined husk: gum ratio, targeted to bypass the rumen and release in the small intestine and emphasizes mechanical strength under pelleting. Two discrete layers: outer pelleting shield, inner rumen bypass are explicitly designed to survive cattle feed pelleting (70–90 °C, 1.5–2.5 MPa) and resist ruminal pH/microbes. The dual layers encapsulate full suite of veterinary actives (vitamins A/D/E/B complex, trace minerals, enzymes, probiotics and even amino acids and carbohydrates).
