The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for preparing a plant-based nutraceutical powder formulation. The apparatus comprises a low-temperature herbal drying chamber having a humidity-controlled enclosure, a perforated herbal support tray, and a heated air circulation path for drying ashwagandha, chamomile, and valerian root below 45°C. A downstream grinding chamber reduces the dried herbs into herbal powders, and a sieve housing standardizes the herbal powders through a replaceable mesh screen. A protein receiving vessel receives pea protein isolate and rice protein isolate through separate protein inlets and forms a plant protein matrix using an internal blending paddle. A main blending vessel receives the herbal powders and the plant protein matrix at spaced-apart inlet locations and comprises ports for magnesium citrate, L- tryptophan, a natural sweetener, and a natural flavouring agent. A slow-speed agitator folds the herbal powders into the plant protein matrix before later ingredient addition. Fig. 1 Dated July 6, 2026 / Kumar Tushar Srivastava IN/PA-3973 Agent for the Applicant
