Abstract: ABSTRACT PLANETARY CARRIER ASSEMBLY, PLANETARY REDUCER AND ASSEMBLY OF PLANETARY REDUCER AND BACKLASH ELIMINATING INSTALLATION METHOD The present invention discloses a planetary carrier assembly, a planetary reducer assembly, and a backlash eliminating installation method. The planetary carrier assembly includes a first frame and a second frame located in the first frame. Planetary gears are fixed to the second frame through bearings. Two end faces of the second frame and two end faces of the first frame that are close to the second frame are respectively installed and fixed in cooperation through fasteners. At least part of the second frame is of an elastic structure and/or a split structure so as to achieve elastic deformation. In the expansion process of the second frame, first planetary gears and a fixed ring gear can engage with each other tightly. Before a sun gear is installed on a planetary reducer, pitch diameters of axle centers of the planetary gears on the second frame are increased by an expansion tool.
