Abstract: The current invention tells us about an integrated travel planning and budget management system designed to simplify the complete travel planning procedure through a single platform. By combining all these services into one platform the invention will reduce the planning complexity, hassle caused during the trips improving overall travel experience. The application accepts travel information such as destination, travel dates, number of travelers and estimated budget of travel. Using real time information collected from multiple service providers the system prepares a customized itinerary that includes transportation, accommodation, hotels, sight-seeing activities and estimated daily expenses.AI will improve the recommendations and techniques will provide much better user experience to the traveler. The invention includes location-based services, PS Navigations, secure online payment processing, budget tracking, and instant notifications for booking and travel updates. Users receive transparent pricing information and can monitor expenses throughout their journey. This integrated design would save time, reduce unnecessary expenditure, and improve decisions for traveling during the trip.
