Abstract: A pizza ovens providing a unique pizza cooking experience in 90 seconds or less without the need to turn the pizza once is described. The pizza oven includes a stone having heating/temperature sensors that are calibrated to produce optimal heating results for that stone in that oven. A special peel is used to load the pizza on the stone. A full pizza delivery system may be used for efficient usage of space for the ovens and quick delivery of artisanal pizzas to the customer.
