Abstract: A pipe diameter reduction device comprises of elongated cuboidal housing 101 having motorized expansion pulley 201 mounted on rear inner surface of housing 101 to grip and rotate pipe by end, plasma cutter 202 installed on dual-axis primary lead screw mechanism 203 disposed along upper inner surface of housing 101 to cut slots into pipe, ultrasonic sensor embedded in housing 101 detects diameter of pipe, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 102 installed in housing 101 for recording and processing images in vicinity of housing 101 in synchronization with laser sensor to determine length and thickness of pipe, plurality of hydraulic pushers arranged along inner lateral surfaces of housing 101 to push cut portions of pipe, welding torch 204 installed on dual-axis secondary lead screw mechanism 203 provided along inner bottom surface of housing 101 to weld cut portions of pipe.
