Abstract: A pill dispensing and patient health monitoring device, comprising a cylindrical housing 101, a plurality of storage trays 102 dedicated to morning, noon and night dosages, each tray 102 further subdivided into seven compartments 103 for a weekly medication cycle, a hollow tube 106 connected to each compartment 103 through a motorized sliding lid 107 to receive and dispense the medication into a connected dispensing chamber 108, an articulated arm 111 coupled to an alimentary monitoring unit 112 to extend and contact the user’s abdomen region and identify fed states, a water storage reservoir 113 connected to a peristaltic pump 11er4y with a deliv conduit 115, a nozzle 116 and a flow monitoring sensor to deliver controlled volumes of water with each medication cycle, a biometric authentication unit comprising an infrared thermal sensor for capturing unique heat fluctuations and a high-sensitivity microphone 117 for acoustic liveness detection.
