Abstract: A piano and guitar playing assistive device for blind person comprises of a wearable member 101 accessed by a blind user to wear member 101 over wrist portion of user, the member 101 is developed with a flexible material for appropriately accommodating the user’s wrist, an imaging unit 102 installed over member 101 for capturing and processing images, a speaker 103 mapped over the member 101 and directed by the microcontroller to provide input regarding placing of specific fingers of the user over particular the detected keys/strings, a microphone 104 mapped over the member 101 to receive voice of the played chord/scale/note, a vibration unit 105 integrated with the member 101 to generate vibration of pre-defined intensity regarding missing of any chord/scale/note, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) module is integrated with microcontroller determine text/braille written over any paper.
