Abstract: Thoracic back pain is a common musculoskeletal condition often caused by poor posture, muscle stiffness, and physical strain, leading to limitations in daily activities. The present invention relates to a compact, portable, and non-invasive therapeutic device designed to alleviate such pain through the integration of multiple treatment modalities. The system combines vibration therapy, heat and cold therapy, and air compression to promote muscle relaxation, improve blood circulation, and reduce inflammation and swelling. A microcontroller coordinates all operational functions, wherein vibration motors provide targeted muscle stimulation, a thermoelectric (Peltier) module delivers controlled heating and cooling, and an air pump enables adjustable compression therapy. The device incorporates temperature and heart rate sensors for real-time physiological monitoring, allowing automatic adjustment of therapy parameters to ensure user safety and personalized treatment. A user-friendly interface with an LCD display facilitates control over therapy modes, intensity, and duration. Additionally, the system features voice-control with smart assistant integration, enabling hands-free operation and enhancing accessibility, particularly for elderly users. By combining multimodal therapy, real-time monitoring, and intuitive control, the device provides an effective, cost-efficient solution for thoracic back pain management, suitable for both home and clinical applications, while supporting improved circulation, faster muscle recovery, and enhanced user comfort.
