MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611081801 A) filed by Credenta Technologies Private Limited on July 02, 2026, for Physiological Identity Persistence Platform For Mobile Authentication Using A Hardware-Bound Authenticated-Encrypted Identity Record And Configurable Cross-Channel Trust Adjustment.

Inventors include Kumar, Ravit; and Mann, Sakshi.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A physiological identity persistence system (1900) generates, protects, and utilises a hardware-bound authenticated-encrypted physiological identity record (B11a) to enable secure cross-channel authentication. An identity record generator (1904) assembles per-bucket online accumulation statistics, circadian model coefficients, hidden-state model personalised parameters for a plurality of discrete autonomic states (regulatoryCalm, alertEngagement, stressLoad, autonomicRigidity, and recovery), and an allostatic load history vector. A hardware-bound encryption module (1904) protects the record using authenticated encryption — in a preferred embodiment AES-256-GCM — with a key derived from or wrapped by a non-exportable key in a trusted hardware security environment, record metadata being bound as associated authenticated data so that tampering causes integrity verification failure. A lifecycle management module (1906) maintains the record across operating system upgrades, application reinstallation, factory resets, and cross-device migration. A cross-channel acceptance module (1908) applies a configurable trust adjustment — in a preferred embodiment a multiplicative discount of 0.85 — to baseline trust scores from packets originating on other devices, and gates authentication against policy-defined trust tiers. The system integrates with a multi-component SQI, signal-quality-adaptive filtering (R = R_base / SQI), a five-state hidden-state model, multi-tier trust scoring, an Autonomic Flexibility Index, and four structured abstention codes, the specific weights and boundaries being configurable.
