Abstract: ABSTRACT Photometric Optical Scale The embodiment of the present invention relates to a distance measurement system utilizing an optical scale [101] with integrated optical filters [101]. These filters, which can be in various shapes, including circular, straight, or other geometric forms, create distinct light intensity profiles as light passes through them. The optical scale [101] enables precise movement tracking by detecting variations in light intensity, with the detector [103] capturing these changes. The system employs a light source [102] that emits stable light, interacting with the optical filters [101] to produce measurable intensity shifts. The detector [103] measures these shifts, and a microprocessor [104] processes the data to calculate the exact position along the scale. Wireless communication transmits the results, allowing real-time tracking. Calibration and error correction ensure maximum accuracy. This system offers flexibility in design, with the scale [101] adaptable for linear or circular configurations and capable of precise distance quantification in various applications.
