MUMBAI, India, June 19 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441094889 A) filed by Jeyavishnu K on December 03, 2024, for Photometric Extraction System.

Inventors include Jeyavishnu K; and Mr. Manish Malhan.

The application for the patent was published on June 05, 2026, under issue no. 23/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT Photometric Extraction System The photometric extraction system optimizes the extraction process by continuously monitoring solute concentration using a Soxhlet extraction unit [106], an extraction chamber [101], and a solvent container [110]. Real-time feedback is provided by an integrated photometric system [102], comprising a light source [103] and a detector [104], which track light absorption at any point along the extraction outlet [105], adjusting parameters like temperature and extraction time to improve energy efficiency and solute recovery. The system includes a microprocessor with a WIFI module [108] that processes this data and adjusts the heating/cooling coil [109] to prevent overheating and optimize energy usage. The Augmented Reality User Interface (AR UI) [107] allows remote monitoring and control of the system, displaying key parameters. Additionally, the WIFI module [108] logs data on solute concentration, temperature, extraction time, and system status, enabling users to review and analyze this data for optimizing future extractions, improving operational efficiency, and reducing waste.
