The first lens element (E1) has positive refractive power. The second lens element (E2) has positive refractive power. The third lens element (E3) has an object-side 10 surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof and an image-side surface being convex in a paraxial region thereof. The fourth lens element (E4) with negative refractive power has an object-side surface being concave in a paraxial region thereof.
