Abstract: A phased-array apparatus and a phased-array system, which phased-array apparatus is connected to an antenna unit. The phased-array apparatus comprises: a first chip and a first functional layer, wherein the first chip is used for sending and/or receiving a first signal; the first functional layer is distributed with a rewire, and the rewire is used for connecting the first chip and an antenna unit; and the first functional layer is arranged on a first surface of the first chip, the plane where the first surface of the first chip is located being perpendicular to a normal to the plane where the surface of the antenna unit is located, and a transmission direction of the first signal being parallel to the normal to the plane where the surface of the antenna unit is located. In this way, by means of arranging a chip in a vertical direction of the surface of an antenna unit, so as to allow a wire on the surface of the chip to connect the chip and the antenna unit, the length of the wire is shortened, such that a transmission path of a chip signal is shortened, and thus signal transmission loss can be reduced.
