Inventors include Dr. G. M. Lionus Leo; Adarsh Jeswa R L; Aditya Arun; Keshwaran B; Defin Pirjit S; Bhuvan Eshvar S K; Arok Reyance A; and Pon Lelajayagaanth.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present invention proposes a sensible buffer, removable phase-change material cassettes with distinct transition temperatures, an isolated heat exchanger, flow sensors, mixing valves, and an enthalpy-based dispatch controller. The proposed architecture combines real-time sensing with a physical operating model and a supervisory controller that selects permitted responses under mechanical, thermal and safety constraints. The controller compares predicted and measured behaviour, records decisions, and enters a predetermined safe state when confidence or operating authority is insufficient. The design is intended to address variable operating conditions without depending on continuous manual adjustment. The proposed advantages include more targeted control, earlier fault recognition and improved maintenance traceability; performance must be established by application-specific experiments.
