Abstract: A pharmaceutical product testing and sorting device, comprising a housing 101, a storage chamber 201 to store a plurality of pharmaceutical products, an articulated arm 203 grasps a pharmaceutical product and places it over a motorized conveyor 202, a plurality of robotic grippers 204 to grasp and position the pharmaceutical product for analysis and testing, an imaging unit 205 to capture and validate printed product information, a motorized slider 207 to translate and position an articulated clamp 208 to place product within the unit for vacuum based leakage testing, a first articulated gripping unit 214 grasps a sticker from a receptacle 216, and a second articulated gripping unit 222 peels out the sticker and place the sticker on the defective product, and an articulated pole 217 having a flap 218 to direct the pharmaceutical product into a storage unit 219 or a waste box 220 on pass or fail condition.
