The pharmaceutical composition is a coated tablet, with a tablet core comprising TY-9591, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, and sodium stearyl fumarate. By optimizing the formula and the preparation process, the composition exhibits excellent storage stability, accelerated stability, and dissolution performance.
