Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises 1wt%-70wt% of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, crystal form and isomer thereof, and at least one pharmaceutical adjuvant. By means of research, the present invention develops the pharmaceutical composition which can be prepared into final dosage forms, such as tablets, capsules and particles. When the pharmaceutical composition is prepared into a tablet, the pharmaceutical composition has good compressibility, good dissolution rate and good particle fluidity when compared to other pharmaceutical combination modes.
